After the consultation, we come up with a professional design file for your custom high visibility clothing, commonly referred to as Tech Pack. This includes the designs, colors, and materials of the requested item. We compile a list of all the materials needed to realize the garment.
A Tech Pack serves as a 'Product Contract' between you and us throughout the sampling and production process. Creating a tech pack makes sure that your production piece comes right and minimizes costly errors and oversights.
A pre-production sample is necessary to avoid any potential errors in mass production.
With our in-house manufacturing capability, we can make custom samples in an efficient manner.
Once you've agreed on the design of your custom hi-vis clothing, we'll send you a sample FOR FREE so you can test if the design and quality meet your requirements.
Once you receive your pre-production samples, check them and confirm that the samples can be used as the reference for bulk production of your order.
When we get the confirmation of the approved samples and the downpayment, we will start on the bulk production immediately.
After the bulk production is completed, our own team of quality control specialists will check on your order for any issues before we pack and prepare your order for shipping.
